Food & Events
We aim to provide a varied menu at the St Agnes Hotel of wholesome home cooked traditional dishes, using locally sourced, seasonal, sustainable, ethical ingredients whenever possible and complemented by a range of local ales, cider and wine. Plus on Sundays we have a fantastic roast offer £9.95 per person or roast and dessert £12.95 per person.
We have a monthly quiz night on the first Tuesday of the month, organised and run by Pete Mitchell in aid of various local charities and causes. We want to add some new pub events, including a Pie Club as well as supporting the traditional village events, all of which we hope you will find fun & enjoy.
The Aggie is very much at the centre of the community, supporting St Agnes' environmental and sustainability ethos and with many groups and clubs using the pub to meet. We also welcome any new interest.
Please re-visit the website soon to see what else we have planned for the New Year.
The Aggie Team
We have been in the restaurant and pub business for 20 years and are now looking forward to a new adventure on the Cornish coast and being part of the St Agnes community with our 2 children and family dog. Bill is our Head Chef and Emma Bill's partner is our Front of House Manager so we intend this to be very much a family affair.
We look forward to welcoming you soon.

St Agnes is located on the stunning North Cornwall coast, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage Site, within easy driving distance of Newquay Airport, Truro, St Ives & Penzance. The village is a lively community and has many amenities.
St Agnes has a fascinating history with its mining and seafaring heritage, there is beautiful dramatic countryside all around, the coast is ideal for all sorts of watersports and nearby there are plenty of places of interest. Making St Agnes the perfect destination for all types of holiday, weekend or short breaks.
There has been an inn on this site since the 17th Century. Later tin mining in the area brought the railway to St Agnes and a need for a commercial hotel.
The Aggie is a traditional lively village pub in the centre of the village directly opposite St Agnes Church. Parts of the pub are quintessentially Cornish with bare stone walls and tiled floors while other parts have a distinctly contemporary feel.
There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink or sample our food, either in the bustling bar or the separate dining room and for the warmer months there is a decking area at the rear of the pub.
The pub also has the luxury of 6 ensuite bedrooms and a free car park, providing a great bed & breakfast venue for a relaxing break.
The Aggie serves good quality sensibly priced food. We offer a variety of dishes providing food which everyone will enjoy, complemented by a range of local ales, cider and wine.
